VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Oportunidades para voluntarios

Volunteer opportunities include: 

• Trucks & Trailers needed to transport supplies from storage and office to Trailside Park mid-afternoon (2pm)
• Volunteers needed to transport and set up Water Monster, transport large and prep coolers of beverages and ice
• Set up & weight Club tents
• Help DJ Liam set up equipment
• Pick up BBQ from Back 40 in Heber
• Set up and monitor food service
• "Green team" monitor  trash & recycling
• Clean up food & BBQ area
• Breakdown tents
• Breakdown Water Monster & left over beverages
• Help DJ Liam with breakdown & load out
• Sweep venue for lost & found, trash, etc
• Trucks & Trailers needed to transport supplies back to office & storage (8pm+)
• Volunteers to load into trucks at Trailside and into storage / office
• Return containers to Back 40
• Post BBQ wrap up (wash supplies, lost & found, deliver leftovers, etc..)
