PARK CITY SOCCER CLUB WORK DEPOSIT POLICY


Every PCSC family, with players U9 and older, is expected to complete 15 hours of service on behalf of the Club. 


  • All Families are invoiced for the $500 Work Deposit upon registration.  The invoice is due and payable by September 15th if the FULL number of hours have not been completed.  If only a partial number of hours have been completed, the invoice must be paid in full and then once the full number of hours are reached later in the year, the deposit can be refunded.


  • The prime opportunities to complete the 15 hours are May - August during Player Placements, Kickoff Camps, the Extreme Cup, and the Club BBQ.  Families not completing their 15 hours by August 31 will have limited opportunities to volunteer for the Club throughout the remainder of the year. 


  • For families with payment plans, their Work Deposit may be divided and distributed over their remaining payments


  • A Work Deposit not paid, or not applied to a payment plan by September 15, may temporarily impact a player's roster status


  • All hours are earned and recorded as Points in the PlayMetrics system.  If you signed up for a volunteer shift in PlayMetrics, you will automatically be awarded those points and do not need to submit anything further.

HOW DO FAMILIES FULFILL THEIR WORK DEPOSIT SERVICE HOURS?


  • Become a Manager or Tournament Coordinator for your team.
  • Work Player Placements, Extreme Cup or the Club BBQ.
  • Host your team dinner during Kickoff Camp.
  • Join an Extreme Cup Committee
