PARK CITY EXTREME CUP VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
July 21 - 27, 2025
Games Played July 24 - 26
PCSC MEMBERS: ARE YOU READY?
The 22nd Annual Extreme Cup is just around the corner and volunteer opportunities abound!
We will again be welcoming over 400 teams from 7 different states to enjoy our beautiful community. And we can't do it without help and support from our amazing Club members! Thank you for considering a volunteer position and helping us represent the Club and the community of Park City! The Extreme Cup is one of the biggest and most sought after tournaments - not only in the State, but in the Intermountain West!
All of the Sign-ups for this year will now be in PlayMetrics. Be sure to sign up through your PlayMetrics account so you get credit for all of your hours. You will be able to track how many hours you have signed up for in your PlayMetrics account as well.
**Shifts at the Oakley, Francis, or Heber venues get time & a half for your hours (get your service requirement done in 10 hours instead of 15! This is automatically reflected in the number of points awarded to these shifts).
Concessions, Green Team and Venue Set-up and take down sign ups are arranged by Venue (17 Venues plus tournament HQ)! There are also opportunities for Pre and Post tournament shifts, and of course - Field Marshals!
Early Birds: Like running errands? Loading boxes? Hanging signs & banners? Have a healthy teen who can carry stuff? There are plenty of setup tasks to be done.
What Goes Up, Must Come Down:
Too stressed to work during the tournament? Then don't miss a minute of the action! The Clean up Crew is for you. There is plenty of help needed when the games are over.
There is something for everyone and it's always more fun when we do it together!
BONUS: Win $100 cash in our Volunteer Fun Photo Contest!

- The prime opportunities to complete the 15 hours are May - August during Player Placements, Kickoff Camps, the Extreme Cup, and the Club BBQ
- All families were invoiced for the $500 Work Deposit upon registration. The invoice is due and payable by September 15, 2024 for any family not completing the required 15 hours by August 31.
- Most hours will be tracked using the Sign-Ups program in PlayMetrics and no additional form submission is needed.
- Only Tournament Coordinators and any jobs done outside the PlayMetrics sign up will need to have the google form submitted.
- Once you have reached the 15 hours, your invoice will be canceled in PlayMetrics or a refund will be issued if you have paid the invoice.
- A Work Deposit not paid by September 15, may temporarily impact a player's roster status
Families not completing their 15 hours by August 31 will continue to have opportunities to volunteer for the Club throughout the remainder of the year.
