* THE PROCESS HAS BEEN KNOWN TO TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS, AND SOMETIMES EVEN LONGER

* THE MAJORITY OF THE PROCESS IS OUT OF THE PCSC REGISTRAR'S HANDS 

* FOR PERMANENT ROSTER PLAYERS, THE PROCESS ALWAYS BEGINS WITH A WELCOME LETTER
FROM PARK CITY SOCCER CLUB WITH THE TEAM CODE & STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

* MOVING THROUGH THE PROCESS IS DEPENDENT UPON HOW QUICKLY THE PARENTS
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE PLAN AHEAD, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO MEET A SPECIFIC TARGET DATE,
SUCH AS THE START OF THE SEASON, OR A TOURNAMENT

 TOURNAMENT CARDS FOR GUEST PLAYERS MAY TAKE A WEEK OR MORE AS WELL

NEXT STEPS

1.  UNIFORM PURCHASE    

      It is the responsibility of the player's parents to order the player's uniform kit through Soccer.com

                - Upon completion of player registration and payment (or selection of payment plan), new participants must contact Uniform Coordinator, 
                
Melissa Allen at or (808)557.5179. There is urgency to this step as uniform ordering may take a few weeks.

               - Melissa will work with the player to assign an available jersey numbers for their team/birth year

              - The player will receive an email from Soccer.com with an invitation to the PCSC Store with instructions on how to place the uniform order.

              - There will be required pieces, optional pieces (such as extra socks), technical gear, and a Spirit Wear Store.

              - Uniforms for scholarship players will be ordered through the Scholarship Committee

 

2.    SET UP COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES

               - Following directions in the Welcome Letter, log into family's parkcitysoccer.org account to select communications preferences on Contact page

               - Provide all email addresses (separated by a coma) that should receive team and club notifications (including multiple households if applicable 
                 or teenage players responsible for their own schedule)

               - If you would like to receive text reminders, select carrier (required) next to the cell phone number

               - Families should check with Team Manager or Coach about need to download the League Athletics App for team communications

 

3.    PLAN TO VOLUNTEER for PCSC so that you may earn your $200 per family Volunteer Deposit Refund.

                - Watch for club-wide emails on volunteer opportunities
